Michael has been active in the industrial real estate market since 2017. He specializes in leasing industrial properties in Prague and the surrounding areas—a region he knows inside out. He assists clients in securing spaces both in older industrial premises and in newly developed, modern parks.

He prides himself on providing a personalized, flexible, and transparent approach to every client. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in leasing more than 130,000 m² of space and has helped over 150 clients find the right premises for their business needs.
