Ján has been active in the real estate market since 2012. Before leading the development department for a renowned developer, he worked as the head of a team of experts focused on industrial parks at the state agency SARIO. There, he contributed to the support and growth of foreign investments. Among his most significant and successful projects are investments for key players such as Amazon, Brose, Minebea, and Jaguar Land Rover.

For the past seven years, he held a senior position at a leading pan-European developer. He led the leasing and development department, where he played a key role in the growth of the company’s overall portfolio. He contributed to the portfolio growth by more than 100,000 m². In addition, he managed leasing activities for 39 clients, with a total leased area exceeding 400,000 m² of GLA.
